(1) How can I get information about rates or quotes for transportation and limousine service?
Toview rates, get accurate quotes, vehicle availability, we recommend using our GET QUOTE form online and completing the required fields so agents can determine availability, map your pickup and drop off locations to provide you best rate. To avoid delays provide detailed information such a exact addresses, exact number of passengers and briefed itinerary in the comments box. Response can be from 10 minutes to 2hours considering.
(2) Why haven't I received confirmation to reservation I made today?
Sometimes our agents receive multiple bookings at once which must all be processed and confirmed. The confirmation will come attached to billing invoice. If the reservation is not for service within upcoming hours it may not get a confirmation until shifts end when multiple confirmations are sent at once. Please be patient and don’t worry. If there’s an issue with your reserve we will contact you at the local number or email you provided. NO PAYMENT ACTION is required until 24 hours AFTER you've received this confirmation but you are logged for service immediately upon making your reservation.
(3) How do I get details about CITY TOURS of HOUSTON, NASA or GALVESTON?

(4) Can I be picked up from my hotel for a tour?
YES we offer doorstep pickup from any location. Pickup is complimentary FROM DOWNTOWN HOTELS, TEXAS MEDICAL CENTER, MUSEUM DISTRICT AREA HOTELS. Pickup from other areas requires an additional fee which covers pickup and return of everyone in your group. GALLERIA AREA HOTELS require $25 USD fee.
If your tour was booked through a 3rd party site such as Trip Advisor these fees are PAYABLE AT TIME OF PICKUP. Tours booked at allstarhouston.com can have fee added to final billing. TO VIEW LIST OF PICKUP FEES from most common locationsCLICK HERE and scroll to lower page to search your hotels postal code. If your hotels postal code is not listed please email us at email@example.com with name and complete address of the hotel to confirm fee for pickup there.
