These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Allstar Limousine & Tours ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a ground transportation company based in Houston, Texas. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Service Agreement
Allstar Limousine & Tours provides ground transportation services including but not limited to airport transfers, city tours, corporate transportation, event transportation, charter bus rentals, and intercity car service throughout the Greater Houston area and beyond. By making a reservation with us, you enter into a service agreement governed by these Terms. We agree to provide the transportation service as described in your booking confirmation, and you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein, including payment obligations and passenger conduct requirements.
2. Booking and Reservations
Reservations may be made by phone at (281) 254-1718, by email at towncars@allstarhouston.com, or through our website at allstarhouston.com. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us (via email or text message) with your reservation details.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation, including but not limited to: pickup address, drop-off address, date and time of service, number of passengers, flight information (for airport transfers), and any special requirements. Inaccurate information may result in service delays or additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made through a corporate account agreement. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and approved corporate billing. Cash payments may be accepted for certain services at our discretion.
Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for:
- Excess wait time beyond the complimentary waiting period (30 minutes for domestic flights, 60 minutes for international flights, 15 minutes for all other pickups)
- Route changes or additional stops not included in the original booking
- Tolls, parking fees, and airport access fees
- After-hours or holiday surcharges where applicable
- Vehicle cleaning fees resulting from excessive soiling, spills, or damage caused by passengers
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and do not include gratuity unless explicitly stated.
4. Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in our quoted rates. While gratuity is always at your discretion, a gratuity of 15 to 20 percent is customary in the professional ground transportation industry and is greatly appreciated by our chauffeurs. Gratuity may be paid in cash directly to the chauffeur or added to your credit card charge upon request.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which varies based on the type of service booked. A summary of our cancellation terms is provided below. For complete details, please review our full Cancellation Policy.
- Standard rides (sedan, SUV): Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
- Charter bus services: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund.
- Event and wedding transportation: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event will receive a full refund.
- Tours: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
- Late cancellations: Cancellations made within the required notice period will be charged 50 percent of the total fare.
- No-shows: Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior cancellation will result in a charge of 100 percent of the total fare.
6. Wait Time and Delays
We provide complimentary wait time as follows:
- Airport pickups (domestic flights): 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual flight landing time.
- Airport pickups (international flights): 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual flight landing time.
- All other pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time.
Wait time beyond the complimentary period will be billed at the applicable hourly rate in 15-minute increments. We track all flights in real time and adjust arrival times accordingly — you will not be penalized for flight delays that are beyond your control.
7. Liability Limitations
Allstar Limousine & Tours carries comprehensive commercial liability insurance on all vehicles in our fleet. However, our liability is subject to the following limitations:
- We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, accidents involving other vehicles, traffic congestion, mechanical failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in our vehicles. While our chauffeurs make every effort to check vehicles after each ride, passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
- We are not liable for missed flights, missed connections, missed events, or any consequential damages resulting from delays in our service, regardless of the cause.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
8. Vehicle and Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund:
- Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco or cannabis products inside any vehicle.
- Consumption of illegal drugs or substances inside any vehicle.
- Behavior that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward the chauffeur or other passengers.
- Intentional damage to the vehicle interior, exterior, or equipment.
- Exceeding the maximum passenger capacity of the assigned vehicle.
- Open containers of alcohol in vehicles where prohibited by law. (Note: Consumption of alcohol by passengers of legal drinking age may be permitted in certain vehicles — please confirm with your booking representative.)
Passengers will be held financially responsible for any damage to our vehicles caused by their actions, including but not limited to interior stains, burns, tears, broken equipment, and exterior damage. A cleaning or damage fee will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file.
9. Pet Policy
Allstar Limousine & Tours is a pet-friendly transportation company. We welcome well-behaved dogs, cats, and other pets in our vehicles. A pet surcharge of $30 applies to all rides involving pets, to cover additional cleaning and sanitization of the vehicle after your trip. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be traveling with a pet so we can prepare the vehicle accordingly. Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are always welcome at no additional charge.
10. Child Safety Seats
Texas law requires children under 8 years of age to be secured in a child safety seat unless the child is taller than 4 feet 9 inches. We can provide child safety seats upon request at no additional charge, subject to availability. If you require a child safety seat, please request one at the time of booking and specify the age and weight of the child so we can provide the appropriate seat type (rear-facing infant seat, forward-facing toddler seat, or booster seat).
11. Vehicle Substitution
While we make every effort to provide the specific vehicle type you requested, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value and capacity in the event that the originally assigned vehicle becomes unavailable due to maintenance, mechanical issues, or operational requirements. If a vehicle substitution is necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible and ensure that the replacement vehicle meets or exceeds the specifications of the original booking.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allstar Limousine & Tours, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
